ShopGhar is a small, family-run online store offering practical, problem-solving home, kitchen, and lifestyle products at affordable prices — delivered anywhere in Pakistan.
Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Chiniot, Punjab, Pakistan, and serve customers across the entire country.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only. This allows us to keep our prices affordable and deliver directly to your doorstep

Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted local courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your delivery takes longer than expected, simply contact us through email or WhatsApp, and we’ll check with the courier right away.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?
Yes! COD is available nationwide. However, orders are verified by phone before being shipped.
Are online payments secure?
Absolutely — all online transactions are processed safely through Shopify’s secure payment gateway.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. An unboxing video is required for any return or exchange request.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary based on the product’s weight.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 8–15 working days after we receive the returned item.
